Office Warrior Workout was created to help all of us that spend our days sitting at computers, in traffic, or those looking to get their fitness journey started in the right direction.

Being in stuck in a seated position for extended periods of time actually can damage your overall health.

Our bodies were meant to move!

Office Warrior Workout is a result of seeing the same types of problems in my clientele over and over again. So I created a program that addresses the problems that we all face from being idle, sitting for long periods of time.

Office Warrior Workout will help:

  • get you stronger,

  • in better balance, and

  • better overall conditioning (when I refer to conditioning -- think climbing a long flight of stairs and not being out of breath) and

  • out of pain!

It does that by using 20 years of my observations, coupled with hundreds of hours of research as to how the human body works and what types of training get lasting results with the least amount of time.

  • utilizes all of the important elements necessary to get results.  There are no wasted movements or fluff here. 

  • Each and every exercise chosen has a purpose – to rebalance or get your body back in alignment. 

  • I’ve included the 6 most important movements to assure that you get the important exercises included in getting you out of pain, and also included other vital movements, that compliment the basic 6, so that you can maximize your results in the shortest amount of time possible.

  • The program is done in a circuit fashion so that during your workouts you are not only re-aligning your body you are also improving your overall conditioning.

  • And improving your conditioning decreases the chances of ending up back in pain.

You see many people do in fact spend their days stuck behind a desk, only to leave work and then spend way too many hours behind the wheel of their car stuck in traffic. But the truth of the matter is that human beings were not meant to sit for long periods of time. In fact we were meant to move. So if you spend most of your day sitting at a desk, you are in fact doing damage to your body. Don’t believe me; check out this article (Sitting For Long Periods Can Shorten Your Life).  In fact the article goes one further in suggesting sitting for long periods of time, 3 hours or longer on a regular basis, actually decreases your life expectancy.  So, how can you be sure to avoid the damage that comes from living everyday life? That’s what Office Warrior Workout is all about.  Think of Office Warrior Workout like the fluoride in toothpaste and brushing your teeth.  You won’t stop eating, but you definitely brush your teeth . . . . at least I hope you do.


How we begin our journey together

In the first couple of sessions, I work with you to get the following completed and use them to build a fitness program specifically for you

  1. Complete a Range of Motion and Postural Analysis of your body

  2. Identify any compensations of movement or muscle imbalances

  3. Develop a program that addresses your unique needs

  4. Set goals and timelines to keep us on track to achieving your goals

Office warrior workout is a philosophy and approach to fitness for today’s at home work environment. It works virtually or in-person. Ideally 1 - 2 times per week to ensure results.
