Virtual Training

The Virtual Training option provides you the opportunity to maintain your commitment to your health/fitness goals from the comfort of your own choosing. Whether you prefer Skype or Zoom I can assist you in:

  • Making sure you are performing your exercise movements correctly

  • Help you maintain motivation

  • Ensure your consistent progress to your goal through science -based exercise progressions

Too often when we are left on our own, without professional instruction, we tend to choose exercises and movements that look fun and exciting. Forgetting that as appealing as the exercise may look, it may not be right for you! When we perform movements our bodies are not ready for, we set ourselves up for potential injury. And that often times means taking time off to heal and repair the damage. It also means your progress towards your fitness/health goals have to be placed on hold.

Virtual Training alleviates that risk by having me present to make sure that you can continue your progress consistently.


How we begin our journey together

In the first couple of sessions, I work with you to get the following completed and use them to build a fitness program specifically for you

  1. Complete a Range of Motion and Postural Analysis of your body

  2. Identify any compensations of movement or muscle imbalances

  3. Develop a program that addresses your unique needs

  4. Set goals and timelines to keep us on track to achieving your goals

Virtual Training was originally created to meet the needs of clients who traveled frequently. But with all of us adapting to the ‘new normal’, it’s become a necessary component to maintaining one’s fitness. I suggest a minimum of 2 sessions/week, using either Zoom or Skype to ensure that you make steady progress towards your goals.
