ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

When you’re ready to take that first step to feeling better inside your body, One-On-One fitness coaching will get you from here to there faster.

Present circumstances don’t always make it easy or comfortable to consider in-person training. However for those that interested, I do have a functional training gym that is clean, safe, and ready to get you to your fitness goals faster.

  • The area is thoroughly cleaned after each client.

  • Nitrile gloves are available for each client.

  • Sanitizing wipes are used to clean all high touch surfaces.

  • Masks are worn during each workout.

Your safety is as important as your goals to me, and I want to make sure you can focus on your goals rather than your safety.


How we begin our journey together

In the first couple of sessions, I work with you to get the following completed and use them to build a fitness program specifically for you

  1. Complete a Range of Motion and Postural Analysis of your body

  2. Identify any compensations of movement or muscle imbalances

  3. Develop a program that addresses your unique needs

  4. Set goals and timelines to keep us on track to achieving your goals

One-On-One training is done here at my home gym. For those that are comfortable and ready to take the next step, in person training will definitely accelerate your progress to your goals.
