I appreciate your commitment to the individual not the program. I’m sure many practitioners in your field subscribe to various schools of thought. I know that over the years you have honed in on the most efficient and practical methods of training. Your interest in your clients and their physical well being is what makes you stand apart from others in the business.

If I were to refer someone to you I would tell them to be prepared to work. This method of training should not be taken lightly. I would also let them know, that results will be seen if they are as serious as you are.

Originally I just wanted to build up my strength after my injury, which is what led me to you. After a year I have not only seen dramatic results in my flexibility but have not injured myself any further. Your concern and ability to read the body and not overload or overwork it keeps me coming back as your client. Over the past year we have filled out various goal sheets. I have personally attained 80% or more of my projected goals. The largest gain in strength and flexibility has come in the form of my lower back advancement.
