"Working with Kurt has not only helped me improve my strength but also my overall physical health. I’ve been a competitive athlete my whole life, taking up beach volleyball in high school and loving it. At college, I started lifting more seriously to help me become a better athlete. Even though I had searched all of YouTube to make sure I was working with proper form, I still wasn’t getting the results I wanted, and I was experiencing a lot of pain in my groin and bicep. After working with Kurt for just two sessions, I was able to perform exercises with no pain and began to see sizable increases in the amount of weight I could lift.

I can now jump higher than ever before and see it translate to my continued winning streak in volleyball. My body feels healthy, athletic, and bulletproof.
