VIRTUAL COACHING

Personalized Guidance. Wherever You Are.

You don’t have to be in Los Angeles to receive individualized training and guidance.

Virtual Coaching gives us the opportunity to work together wherever you are, with a training approach built around your body, your goals, your experience and the equipment you have available.

Whether you want to improve strength and mobility, move with less discomfort, return to activities you enjoy, or simply stay active and capable, I’ll help you understand what to work on, how to do it correctly, and how to progress over time.

The location may be different. The individualized approach isn’t.

IS VIRTUAL COACHING RIGHT FOR YOU?

Personalized Coaching Doesn’t Have to Happen in the Same Room.

Virtual coaching may be a great fit if you want individualized guidance but need the flexibility to train wherever you are.

It may be right for you if you:

Don’t Live Near Los Angeles

Work with me directly without geography determining who you can choose as your trainer.

Travel Frequently

Keep your training consistent even when your location or schedule changes.

Prefer to Train at Home

Get professional guidance while using the space and equipment you already have available.

Want More Than a Follow-Along Workout

Your training is built around you—not around a prerecorded routine designed for everyone.

Want Accountability & Direction

Know what to work on, how to perform it correctly, and when it’s time to progress.

Wherever you’re starting from, the goal is the same: give you the guidance, structure and understanding to keep moving forward.

HOW DOES VIRTUAL COACHING ACTUALLY WORK?

It Starts With Seeing How You Move.

Working virtually doesn’t mean guessing about what your body needs.

During our initial sessions, I’ll guide you through specific movements that allow me to observe your mobility, movement patterns, control and areas where you may be compensating.

We’ll look at:

Range of Motion & Mobility

I’ll guide you through movements that help us identify where you move well and where restrictions may be getting in the way.

Movement Quality & Control

By watching you perform specific movements from different angles, I can identify patterns that may need attention and provide immediate feedback on technique.

Strengths & Limitations

We’ll begin to determine what your body handles well and where additional mobility, stability, or strength may be needed.

Your Goals, Environment & Equipment

We’ll also consider what you want to accomplish, where you’ll be training, how much time you have available, and the equipment you can realistically use.

From there, I develop your training around what we discover and continue to adjust it as you progress.

Virtual doesn’t mean generic. Your program still starts with you.

COACHING THAT EVOLVES WITH YOU

Your Program Should Change as Your Body Changes.

Once we understand where you’re starting and what you want to accomplish, we begin putting that information into practice.

During our virtual sessions, I’ll watch you move, coach your technique, answer questions and help you understand not only what you’re doing—but why you’re doing it.

As you progress, we’ll continue to:

Refine Your Technique

Small changes in position, control and execution can make a significant difference in how an exercise feels and what you get from it.

Progress at the Right Pace

As movements become easier and your strength, mobility and control improve, we’ll adjust the challenge so you can continue moving forward.

Adapt When Something Changes

Bodies don’t always follow a perfectly straight path. If something isn’t working, we’ll modify the approach rather than forcing you through it.

Stay Focused & Accountable

You’ll have someone paying attention to your progress, helping you stay consistent and keeping the bigger picture in mind.

The goal isn’t to make you dependent on a trainer.

It’s to help you become more knowledgeable, confident and capable in your own body.

YOU DON’T NEED A PERFECT SET UP

We’ll Work With What You Have.

You don’t need a fully equipped home gym to benefit from virtual coaching.

Part of building an individualized program is understanding the space and equipment you have available—and designing your training accordingly.

You may have access to a complete gym, a few dumbbells and resistance bands, or simply enough room at home to move comfortably. We’ll determine what’s appropriate based on your goals and what your program actually requires.

You’ll need reliable internet connection, a phone, tablet or computer that me to see you move, and enough space to perform the movements we’re working on safely.

The goal isn’t to make your environment for the program. It’s to build the program to work in your environment.
