ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

Personalized Training Built Around You.

No two bodies move the exact same — and no two people should train exactly the same.

One-on-One training starts with understanding where you are today: how you move, what may be limiting you, what you want to improve, and what you want your body to be able to do.

From there, we build a training approach around your body, your goals, and the life you want to live.

Whether you want to move with less discomfort, improve strength and mobility, return to activities you enjoy, or simply stay capable as you get older, we’ll work together with purpose.

IS ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING RIGHT FOR YOU?

You don’t have to be an athlete. You just have to want more from your body.

People come to me for different reasons, but most want the same thing: to feel more confident in what their body can do.

One-on-One training might be right for you if you want to:

Move With Less Discomfort

Address the movement limitations, weaknesses and imbalances, that may be contributing to those nagging aches and pains.

Improve Strength and Mobility

Build a body that isn’t just stronger, but moves well and gives you the freedom to do more.

 ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

When you’re ready to take that first step to feeling better inside your body, One-On-One fitness coaching will get you from here to there faster.

I do have a functional training gym that is clean, safe, and ready to get you to your fitness goals faster. I have all the necessary equipment to make sure that you have a wide variety of movements to keep things fresh and motivating. The images below give a thumbnail of some of the equipment we’ll be working with during our sessions.

  • The area is thoroughly cleaned regularly to insure the health and safety of each client.

Your safety is as important as your goals to me, and I want to make sure you can focus on your goals rather than your safety.

How we begin our journey together

In the first couple of sessions, I work with you to get the following completed and use them to build a fitness program specifically for you

  1. Complete a Range of Motion and Postural Analysis of your body

  2. Identify any compensations of movement or muscle imbalances

  3. Develop a program that addresses your unique needs

  4. Set goals and timelines to keep us on track to achieving your goals

One-On-One training is done here at my home gym. For those that are comfortable and ready to take the next step, in person training will definitely accelerate your progress to your goals.
